The system operation stationary mode has also been studied; the necessary and sufficient condition of stationarity has been determined.

Differential dependences of angles of twist and torsional moments and of laternal forces and bending moments are considered. Determination of the angles of twist is reduced to determination of the bending moments by analogy of the fictitious concentrated forces and the torsional moments and of the fictitious load distribution intensity and the distributed torsional moment. For realization of that idea, the tables of given and general systems with respect to loads of various types have been drawn up.

A possibility of employing the spatial-time modulator designed on the base of the Weigert effect in an optoelectronic processor was investigated. The investigation showed that application of a polarly sensitive medium as the spatial-time modulator allows to significantly simplify the processor optical circuit design.
