The system operation stationary mode has also been studied; the necessary and sufficient condition of stationarity has been determined.

ON THE ANALOGY OF UNIVERSAL EQUATIONS OF BENDING MOMENTS AND ANGLES OF TWIST

Berishvili N.Sh., Giorgobiani R.Sh. and Komakhidze I.N.

Georgian Technical University

Differential dependences of angles of twist and torsional moments and of laternal forces and bending moments are considered. Determination of the angles of twist is reduced to determination of the bending moments by analogy of the fictitious concentrated forces and the torsional moments and of the fictitious load distribution intensity and the distributed torsional moment. For realization of that idea, the tables of given and general systems with respect to loads of various types have been drawn up.

A possibility of employing the spatial-time modulator designed on the base of the Weigert effect in an optoelectronic processor was investigated. The investigation showed that application of a polarly sensitive medium as the spatial-time modulator allows to significantly simplify the processor optical circuit design. Such kind of the modulator is multifunctional, very simple, homogeneous along the entire field; it has high resolution (more than 10^{2} bit/cm^{2}) and does not need electric power supply. The main drawback of the device is the high transit-time effect that is associated with low photosensitivity of the photoanisotropic material. The work on eliminating this drawback has been carried out.

Institute of Cybernetics

Georgian Engineering Academy

Self-organization of material structures from physical, chemical and biological ones to a social system is considered from the positions of the energy and information unity conception and the complex determination of self-organization of the energy and information work of matter. Global cyclic regularity of the local space and time superimposition in the energy and information work of matter is shown. It is suggested to measure it in electronvolt× bits.

The described cyclic regularity significantly broadens the knowledge about the matter self-organization, makes earlier knowledge more precise and can be the answer to the scientific question about the origin of life: "How the space disconnection and the processes that seem not to be associated with each other could unite into unified processes of metabolizating systems?".
