В самом начале распада мартенсита в углеродистой стали карбидная фаза имеет структуру кристалла цементита. Эта структура формируется в несколько этапов во время преобразования тетрагональной решетки мартенсита в решетку цементита в соответствии с механизмом Багаряцкого без образования промежуточного гексагонального
e -карбида. Кристаллические структуры и морфология фаз изучались с помощью просвечивающей электронной микроскопии высокого разрешения, метода темного поля, электронных изображений дифракции, смоделированных на компьютере, быстрого преобразования Фурье для моделирования оптических аналогов диффузного рассеяния и прямого наблюдения за процессами в колонке микроскопа.Ключевые слова: мартенсит, цементит, распад, диффузное рассеяние, моделирование, ориентационное соотношение.

The prolem of diffraction of a plane electromagnetic wave at a spherical dielectric shell has been solved. Explicit equations for the components of a scattered wave electric field have been derived. The obtained results can be used when designing antenna fairings and calculating an electromagnetic field in biological cells.

The comparative analysis of digital TV noise reducers based on TV signal averaging has been carried out. It is shown that, from the existing noise reduction methods, recursive noise reducers with interframe (timebase) averaging are optimal as applied to broadcast TV signals.

COMPARATIVE EFFICIENCY ESTIMATION OF DISCRETE COSINE AND WALSH TRANSFORMATIONS

The efficiency of considering the structural properties of Walsh transformation coefficients in the systems of effective image signal digital coding has been studied. It has been proved that consideration of the mentioned properties of the Walsh transformation coefficients gives better results (from the point of view of the recovery mean-square error) in comparison with the discrete cosine transformation stipulated by the MPEG standard.

A continual system design method based on the Hamilton principle using ficticious loods that allows to avoid finding the nonlinear determinants proper values is offered. According to this method, the investigation of nonlinear natural and constrained oscillations of cylindrical and spherical shallow shells under different boundary conditions has been carried out. The neccessity in high harmonics consideration is revealed in both shell types when they support at the elastic contour. The fundamental tone of the oscillations is not the first in order, and the frequencies of the fundamental and nearest modes are highly close to each other. The offered model can be used for dynamic stability estimation of other types of the continual systems in which the consideration of oscillations high modes is neccessary.

A scheme of decision-making in the problems of planning and predicting the water-supply system process is suggested. On the base of generating the cognitive charts, the hypothetical model of determining the dynamics of water-supply system operation and estimating qualitatively the effect of separate parameters on the system stability in whole has been constructed.

ON A TWO-SECTION DESIGN OF A PLANETARY-TYPE INERTIAL PROPELLER

The design of a planetary-type inertial propeller for a vehicle is offered. The design allows to transform motor torque into pushing forces directly applied to the vehicle body, and so ensuring the asymmetry of the total inertial force longitudinal component. Development of total power irrespectively of the vehicle speed simplifies the transmission design and improves the traffic safety.

A new calculation method for designing the heavy concrete composition is offered instead of a common cut-and-try method with repeated calculations and experimental tests of the samples. The method is based on the use of the data on the rated water consumption of the concrete mixture materials, on the rule of the "Concrete Mixture Water Consumption Constancy", well-known in the concrete technology, as well as on the fundamental formula of absolute volumes.

A hypothesis for resolving the semiempirical theory of an ascending three-component mixture in a vertical pipe is advanced. The essence of the hypothesis is as follows: the three-component mixture (liquid, gas, solid particles) is presented as a two-component one (carrier media, solid particles). The samples of zinc sulphide implantanted with phosphorous ions are considered. The dependence of the implanted layers resistance on the annealing temperature has been established. The ZnS samples with p-type conductivity have been produced. Ionization energy of the acceptor impurity centre of phosphor in zinc sulphide has been determined.

В настоящем сообщении рассматривается влияние добавки СаО на свойства сверхпроводящей YBa
2CaxCu3O7-D керамики. Критическая температура в YBa2CaxCu3Oy системе снижается с увеличением х от 88,7К (х=0) до 84,4К (х=0,4). Добавление СаО в YBa2Cu3O7-D улучшает условие транспорта заряда в нормальном состоянии.Ключевые слова: высокотемпературная сверхпроводимость, Y-Ba-Ca-Cu-O система, удельное сопротивление.
STRUCTURE FORMATION OF MOLECULAR SIEVES OF THE PHILLIPSITE TYPE

The structure formation of molecular sieves of the phillipsite type has been studied; the parameters of optimal reproduced hydrothermal crystallization of phillipsites in artificial aluminosilicon gels and in natural perlite suspensions have been determined. It is shown that the gel zeolitization direction signifiсantly depends on the cationic composition. For synthetic phillipsites the high adsorption index of alumimium cations has been proved.

Путем кислотной (соляная кислота, концентрация растворов 0,1-5N) и термической (300-800
oС) обработки получены модифицированные формы анальцимов из месторождений Гелати и Чачубети (Грузия). Согласно результатам исследований, проведенных методами рентгенографии, ИК-спектроскопии, термического анализа и адсорбции воды и бензола, полученные материалы являются мезопористыми адсорбентами с достаточной адсорбционной емкостью.Ключевые слова: цеолит, анальцим, модификация, адсорбент.
THE MANGANESE CATION EFFECT ON THE CLINOPTILOLITE DEHYDRATION CAPABILITY

The dehydration process of ethyl acetate and amyl alcohol, the compounds which form the part of mobile phases used in HPLC, is studied with the help of clinoptilolite tuff and its variation modified with manganese salts. It is shown that the nature of the cation (manganese) present in natural zeolite-clinoptilolite tuff and the nature of the solvent affect the dehydration properties of zeolites.

For studying the chemical features of synthesized pyrrole-containing condensed systems-izomeric dioxindoline [5,6-d] - and dioxindoline [5,4-d] benzo [b] furans, the synthesis of b -thiosemicarbazones based on the above-mentioned compounds, which have not been described in literature, has been performed. It has been established that the mentioned thiosemicarbazones form in the mixture simultaneously in the form of two geometries: isomers having syn- and anti- configurations. It is shown that they can be used as potential new generation medicines.

Pirogallol ether formation from oak pulp Quercus iberica while its thermal oxidation in the presence of air oxigen has been studied. On the base of the model reaction, it was established that the identified phenolic ether 2-etoxy, 1-hydroxy benzene was formed from vanilline.

Some aroma-forming compounds, in particular aromatic alcohol, fatty-aromatic ketone and terpene substance, were identified in walnuts (Juglans regia) by a combined method of gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. The presence of some fatty acids in the material was established.

SOME MECHANISMS OF FISH OIL CATALYTIC HYDRATION UNDER LOW HYDROGEN PRESSURE

The process charts for fish oil refinement are offered; the process procedures for their realization are recommended. It is shown that the highest hydration rate is achieved after oil refinement by strong alkali in combination with adsorption cleaning and demetallization. It has been established that the relative hydration rate is closely depending on the alkali concentration, and that the fish oil selective hydration improves multiply the fish oil resistance to oxidation.

PALEOVOLCANIC CONDITIONS OF KAVART CHALCOPYRITE MINERALIZATION FORMING

The results of investigations (paleovolcanic, petrographic, mineralogic, thermobarogeochemical and isotopic) of Kavart guarry of Kafan deposit, which prove the existence of a paleovolcanic structure in late Bajocian-Bath volcanogenic sedimentary masses, are considered. The hydrothermal sedimentary metasomatic stage of ore-forming is dated by the middle of the Bajocian period. The laws of ore localization of Kafan deposit have been established, the perspectives of the deposit have been substantiated.

The influence of thermal treatment on the oak wood lignin-polysaccharide fraction has been investigated. It has been established that in the presence of air oxigen and under the influence of temperature, a part of polysaccharide combines with lignin, and forms an indivisible complex. The quality of combined polysaccharide depends on temperature and time. It changes from 1.7 to 15.1% within the 80-1300C temperature range.
