The paper deals with a cryptographic algorithm for data block encoding, in which the original principle of bits displacement and diffusion is used. The algorithm is symmetric and allows encoding the 1024 bit long blocks using a random key of the same length. The encoded data take part in the formation of the key. The proposed algorithm is  fast and reliable.

Abstract. Competent drawing up of the agency contract, compliance with legislation and customary business practice requirements to its form and content  is considered.   Non-compliance with the specified requirements   can lead to non-recognition of the contract (without legal consequences).  It is inadmissible to include the terms which do not satisfy  the specified imperative standards into the contract; otherwise, on the basis of the Civil Code of Georgia these conditions can to be recognized as invalid. According to the Civil Code of Georgia, the transaction in the written form  has to be made by drawing up of  the document expressing its  contents and signed by the person or the persons making the transaction, or by  the authorized persons. Meanwhile, according to the Civil Code of Georgia,  additional requirements, to which the  transaction form has to correspond (certain form performance, sealing date, etc.) and  the stipulated consequences of non-compliance with these requirements, may be   established by  the law, other legal acts and the agreement of the parties. Thereby ,any paid contract has to be signed by the chief accountant of the  contracting party. In the  article, it is also  summed up and summarized that has to be included in competently made contract.

Abstract. The paper deals with the possible diagnostic analysis of the energy irradiated by the bio-field. The structure of the presence of minerals in the cell is considered. The balance between organic and  inorganic substances of metabolism related to the condition of the body provides the basis for the bio-field integrity. In such a case no energy is irradiated. Irradiation occurs when there is no balanced metabolism in the body. The amounts of the substances (elements) in the body are very important. Attention is paid to the inorganic substances playing the  role of a buffer for the cell. It is inferred that the energy is irradiated by the bio-field in the case when the balance between the minerals in the cell is disturbed. However, this is not the only factor, but just one of  a few ones.

The article deals with the investigation of two-component liquids containing nanoparticles (nanoliquids) for their application to electronic element cooling. Based on the obtained results it is inferred that, by mixing cooling agents with surface-active substances, it is possible to produce new cooling nanoliquids, which would be suitable for efficient cooling of electronic elements.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL DESCRIBING THE SIMULTANEOUS ASYMMETRIC FAILURES OF THE POWER SYSTEM

The paper deals with the development of the mathematical model describing the simultaneous nonsynchronous failures of power systems. There was developed a uniform approach according to which transversal failures are simulated with ideal current sources having infinitely large internal resistance, while the longitudinal ones – with the ideal voltage source with zero resistance. Every multiphase failure is represented by overlapping of single-phase failures. By such an approach, in case of asymmetric failures of the same type, the same boundary conditions are used. As a result, the passive parameters of the circuit remain invariable at any number of failures. With this purpose, a uniform equation linking the active parameters of electric conditions was derived. The developed approach is an innovation.

Some projects of this type are in progress at present, though they are very few taking into consideration the real potential of the country.

STIRLING THERMAL ENGINE

The development of energy conversion systems and their introduction on the basis of the Stirling thermal engine may be considered as one  of  the  most  perspective  directions  for  solving  the  ecological  and  energy  problems. In case of using the solar energy, not only the conversion stage but also its long-term storage and accumulation is problematic. Of course, the same problems apply to other renewable sources as well. The form of the energy accumulation defines significantly the effective operation of the entire complex (generation-accumulation). Its proper selection may reduce the requirements for the parameters of the generated power (such as frequency instability, voltage, etc.) as much as possible. We believe that obtaining of hydrogen by water electrolysis and its further use for various purposes will be well used in the engine complex. This method is attractive because the accumulation of energy does not depend on the parameters of generated energy, and it has high specific density of the accumulated energy (in the form of hydrogen H2, with heat capacity 10800 kJ/m3) and long-term storage capability. Further, the obtained hydrogen can be accumulated being mixed with the gases present in natural gas lines or can be converted into electric power by using  thermal elements in vehicles.  The expected results should set entirely new priority ways for the methods of using and accumulating the solar energy. The studies run in this direction should stimulate a wide use of huge energy which we have during active sun radiation period. The entire system should be composed of durable  simple and cheap elements.

The article deals with some aspects of the development of environment-friendly technology of recycling of wastes of electronic and electrical industries. With this aim, the experiments on the possibility of recycling of the elements used in the production of semiconductor structures were performed. As the initial raw materials, there were used the wastes formed in the result of fabrication of epitaxial layers of silicon, gallium arsenide and solid solutions: defective substrates and epitaxial structures, and accessory materials polluted with the impurities if arsenic and its oxide, indium, the residue of grinding powder and polishing mixtures. A scheme of recycling of these wastes is offered. It will allow increasing the reliance of scattered metals and decreasing the environmental load caused by semiconductor production.

The results of vertical and horizontal displacements of the pocket foundation within and out of absolutely flexible and rigid load are shown. During designing of the constructions with flexible transfer of load, it is suggested to determine the soil properties by the tests of foundations by the absolutely flexible die.

We discuss the importance of realizing the hydropower potential, which is the main source of energy generation in Georgia. There are only three rivers siutable for construction of  big hydro-electric power stations: the Enguri, the Rioni and the Mtkvari. In order to use the hydropower potential of the Enguri at most, it is planned to construct three more  hydro-electric power stations besides Khudi on HEPS: the Khaishi HEPS, the Tobari HEPS and the Pari HEPS. New hydro-electric power stations will help to solve the problems of economic development and  national security of the country and  to improve the social and economic environment of the  local community. However, it is unknown how the construction  of hydro-electric power stations will affect  the local nature and  the Khudoni community in future.

Abstract.  The paper deals with the study on the structural mechanism of the formation of core-shell-type magnetic carbon nanoparticles synthesized on iron plate surfaces at high temperature (700-1200°C) via interaction with the products of ethanol pyrolysis in a continuous reactor. It is shown that, during high-temperature chemical reactions on the surface of solid  plate-substrate, the presence of hydrogen in the pyrolysis product plays a significat role in the formation of compositional nano­particles with the core of iron (or cobalt) atom clusters in the  carbon shell.

The reaction of condensation of N-p-carboxyphenyl-β-D-gluco(galacto)pyranozylamines with N,N'-dicyclohexyl­carbodiimide in the presence of tetrahydrofuran and triethylamine was studied for the first time.  By interaction of obtained N-acylureas with sodium nitrite, corresponding nitrosoderivatives were obtained. Their structure was determined by physico-chemical methods of analysis.

Arsenic is a less common, but fairly well-known element. It combines contradictory and inconsistent properties. It is  known as both a powerful poison and a medicine. Despite this, the biological role of arsenic is very important, and its physiological effect on living organisms is significant. It can be found in blood, tissues, the liver, hair, nails, skin and kidneys. Arsenic participates in the exchange of nucleic acids, the synthesis of hemoglobin, facilitates the functioning of blood-forming organs, promotes the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus, normalizes the functions of the nervous system, and, in small doses, promotes the bone growth in humans and animals. In the areas where arsenic is in excess in the soil and water, it is accumulated in the thyroid and can lead to the development of goiter. It can also cause oncological diseases. Local effects of arsenic are mainly expressed by punctate hemorrhages, inflammations and necrosis. It is widely used for vermin extermination, in medicine and agriculture.

The article deals with the notion of surveyor and his/her basic functions and powers. The term “surveyor” is unfamiliar to our businessmen. The term “technical expert” to a degree corresponds to this notion. The surveyor is a representative of the qualifying agency, where the ship is to be certified. He/she inspects the ship with the aim of finding out whether the ship is suitable for the purpose and whether it is fit for safe cargo carriage. In Georgia, the surveyor’s services are called-for only in connection with the calculation of cargo quantity, laden aboard a ship, or the inspection of tanks and holds. In other cases associated with claims, the surveyors are invited from neighboring Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Besides, the effect of the hop yeast on the structural-mechanical properties of wheat dough was studied. The investigation results showed that the use of hop improved the structural-mechanical properties of wheat dough.
