Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of the NAS of  Ukraine, Kiev

The second boundary problem for the second-order stochastic differential equation with random coefficients is discussed. It is shown that the solution of such an equation can be represented as the Daletski-Skorohod expanded stochastic integral. The problem of equivalency of distributions of the solutions of two such equations with determinate coefficients is discussed separately. The explicit form of Radon-Nikodim density is written out.

HEAVY-ATOM EFFECT IN THE KINETICS OF INTERCOMBINATION ELECTRON TRANSFER IN POLAR TRIPLET EXCIPLEXES
Kokrashvili T.A., Tsirekidze M.A. and Kvintradze V.J.

Georgian Technical University

A heavy-atom effect, which manifested itself both in molecules and in polar triplet exñiplexes, was revealed. When heavy atoms were added to reagents, the value of the velocity constant of  electron transfer increased significantly. In some systems, abrupt enhancement of the heavy-atom effect was observed at a slight increase in the medium polarity due to the change in the exciplex conformation.

Keywords: triplet exciplexes, electron transfer, heavy-atom effect.

THE EFFECT OF SPECIFIC SoLVATION ON THE KINETICS OF REVERSE ELECTRON TRANSFER IN POLAR TRIPLET EXCIPLEXES

Kokrashvili T.A. and Kvintradze V.J.

Georgian Technical University

It is demonstrated that the addition of small amount of MeOH can affect quite significantly the velocity constant of electron transfer. In this case, the corresponding dependences on the MeOH concentration go onto saturation, which points to specific solvation of triplet exciplexes by MeOH molecules.

Specific features of disintegration and atomic ordering of body-centered and face-centered cubic phases of Cu-40 at % Pd alloy

Kobakhidze G.M. and Kutelia E.R.

Republican Center of Structural Research, Georgian Technical University

The samples of Cu-40 at.% Pd alloy in the state of ordered and disordered of body-centered (BCC) and face-centered (FCC) cubic phases were studied by the methods of transmission electron microscopy. It is demonstrated that after long-term annealing at the temperature below the ordering dome, the alloy phase ordered similar to cesium chloride stratifies along crystallographic planes {110} with the formation of plane zones rich in palladium atoms. In FCC solid solution of the alloy under study, there takes place the formation of fine areas (20-50 Å) of near ordering with their subsequent transformation into microdomains with a new distant order inside the microdomain.

The impact of alternative current frequency on the equations for motions of tracking systems with consideration of operating characteristics

Bodokia T.D., Abuladze V. Sh., Goniashvili E.S. and Chkadua N.V.

Georgian Technical University

If the alternating current frequency changes, there appear higher harmonic components of voltage which increase starting torques and damping moments on the engine winding. The starting torque, developed by each harmonic is reversely proportotional to the harmonic number, whereas the damping moment is inversely proportional to the square of the harmonic number. On the other hand, the higher harmonic components of voltage on the engine winding result in heating of the engine, which, in  its turn, causes the ohmic resistance of the rotor to rise and, thus, the engine torque to decrease.

Keywords: alternating current, frequency, motion equation, tracking system, operating characteristics.

The relation between surface wave damping and the character of inhomogeneity of the conducting medium

Chogovadze M.E., Bzhalava T.L. and Jabua Z.U.

Georgian Technical University

The possibility of determining the character of inhomogeneity of the conducting medium by surface wave damping is discussed. It is shown that, by measuring experimentally the damping decrement, it is possible to determine if the conducting medium is inghomogeneous in the concentration of particles or in the frequency of electron-electron collisions. The conditions under which a correction to the damping decrement of homogeneous plasma is determined by resonance absorption have been established.

Keywords: plasma, conducting medium, inhomogeneity, surface waves, damping decrement.

investigation of the effect of errors of measuring instruments on the properties of D- and A-optimality of symmetric third-rder designs close to rotatable ones for two Variables

Zedginidze I.G. and Beraia N.O.

Georgian Technical Univrsity

The change in D- and A-optimality of third-order sixteen-point designs close to rotatable ones for two variables were studied at superimposion of errors from 0.01% to 10% with 0.01 increment, which  are characteristic of measuring instruments. The investigation was performed for the squares of two dimensions. By each criterion under study, corridors of errors for the squares of different dimensions were obtained. It was established that, as the corridor of errors increased, the properties of third-order designs close to rotatable ones for two variables became worse. The degree of deterioration of the  properties under study was determined for each range of errors.

Keywords: experimental design, rotatable designs, third-order designs, optimality.

Investigation of the property of orthogonality of third-order designs close to rotatable ones for two variables under experimental errors

Beraia N.O. and Zedginidze I.G.

Georgian Technical University

The effect of different errors of measuring instruments on the property of orthogonality of third-order sixteen-           and twenty-point designs close to rotatable ones for two variables was studied. The investigation was performed for the errors which were most characteristic of measuring instruments at different dimensions of the square.

The simulation of the effect of measuring instrument errors on the abovementioned properties of the design under study was performed by superimposing the random numbers distributed by the normal law on the design coordinates. As a result, depending on the desired accuracy of estimation of the coefficients of regression, the experimentor can properly select the accuracy of measuring instruments used for establishment of the levels of factors.

Keywords: experimental design, rotatable designs, third-order designs, orthogonality.

By using the space similarity of the day side of Earth’s magnetosphere to its basic plasma basin - the plasmosphere, the spectrum of natural hydromechanical oscillations of the plasmosphere, which has the basic period comparable with the period of regular geomagnetic pulsations Pc4, was determined. The influence of short-period geomagnetic pulsations and ULF and VLF oscillations on the human organism is discussed. It is inferred that, at mean latitude, the natural electromagnetic background including also short-period pulsations of the frequency characteristic of the shortest biorhythms along with ULF and VLF oscillations are favorable for biological objects.

Ì. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia

On the basis of the results of research of thin epitaxial layers Pb1-xSnxSe, Pb1-xSnxTe, PbS1-ySey, grown by "hot-wall" molecular epitaxy, the conclusion is made that, for the maximum increase of the width of the forbidden gap (due to the influence of the deformations connected both with mismatch of the lattice constants of the layer and the  substrate, and with the difference in the factors of thermal expansion), the optimum is the growth of layers on the substrates with low density of dislocations, at low temperature and under fast cooling. Thus, the critical thickness of layers reaches the maximum value at nominal mismatch. The performance of such technological tasks becomes an important condition for resolution of a fundamental problem - transformation of narrow-band-gap AIVBVI semiconductors into a dielectric state.

Institute of Metallurgy of the RAS, Moscow

Some regularities of long-term photoconductivity relaxation in Tm2S3 films doped with cadmium are discussed. The temperature, time and lux-ampere dependences of the conductivity of doped films were studied. The experimental results on the kinetics of photoconductivity showed that long-term processes accompanied both the switch-off and the switch-on of monochromatic light. The value of relaxation barrier was determined by analyzing the relaxation curves of residual conductivity. The investigation of the energetic state of electron transition from compensated deep acceptor levels to the impurity zone allowed estimating the ionization energy of acceptor level formed by thulium vacancies.

Keywords: thulium sulfide, film, long-term relaxation, photoconductivity, ionization energy.

Kadagishvili L.G.

Institute of Cybernetics

Abstract. By conceptual – heuristic method. bioenergetic corrector – phenomenon Ms. Madona Jologua, was studied. There were studied system processes for revealing the bioenergetic informational fields, which determine the management and self-management processes of the sensor system of the Phenomenon.  The problem of integrity, which is used during the correction of biofield, supports the condition for considering the  human biofield as a regulating integrity of the system, i.e.  we should consider the processes proceeding in the human body as a united, integral system and as an integrity of the processes proceeding in the system, but not as a simple sum of systems (components). The integrity itself includes all kinds of internal relations keeping it in the system (human) again. The disturbance in the system causes diseases. The center of the disease is not localized absolutely; it affects other organs as well. The  human being as a system is a natural integrity.

On the part of geological factors in the  formation of earth’s climate

Aslanikashvili N.A. and Suladze A.I.

A. Tvalchrelidze Caucasian Institute of Mineral Resources

It is assumed that orbital and endogenous/depth processes are likely to be responsible for climatic changes on the Earth (global warming, thinning of ozon screen, aridity etc.) This assumption is attested by the fact that some deposits of mineral resources (coal, phosphorites, rock salt. bauxites etc.) may be connected directly with paleo- and present climatic zones. Based on processing of statistical data, there were plotted the graphs representing the number and the intensity of eruptions of volcanoes over the period of 1840-1998. When these plots are compared with the climatological data, it is evident that there is a functional (linear) relation between the global rise in ambient temperature and the volcanic activity. Therefore, a widely spread, but not well-reasoned, notion about technogenic-anthropogenic causes of global warming and the adequacy of measures taken in this direction are open to question.

Keywords: climate, global warming, geological factors, volcanic activity.

Georgian Technical University

It is demonstrated that face-centered cubic (FCC) antiferromagnetic alloys of  g -manganese differ from paramagnetic ones in their structural properties. At establishing the antiferromagnetic ordering of magnetic moments of manganese atoms in those alloys, there emerge partially ordered tetragonal distortions. The cubic lattice of these alloys is properly an averaged one. The condition for complete ordering of tetragonal distortions is the temperature impact or the impact of external deformation.

Tsveraidze Z.N., Museliani T.G. and Rochikashvili E.G.

Georgian Technical University

The problem of mathematical modeling of inductively coupled electric circuits is considered. It is demonstrated that, at deriving the equations for such circuits, the following rules must be observed: 1. You must designate like terminals and indicate relative positive decrections of current in relation to these terminals: the same at accordant connection and opposite - at inverse connection. 2. At deriving the equations, the emf of self-induction and mutual induction induced by changes in magnetic flows (generated by the same currents) must be taken with the negative sign (while the voltages - with the positive sign) if the currents enter the like terminals. If the currents leave the like terminals, the emf of self-induction and mutual induction must be taken with the positive sign (while the voltages - with the negative sign).

Chunashvili B.M., Tugushi M.A. and Khakhiashvili T.G.

Georgian Technical University

Dynamic indices of control systems of positional electric drives of jig-back aerial tramways (JBAT) with intermediate supports usually depend on the accuracy of the magnetic sensor controlling directly the transport of cabins. In this article, it is shown that it is expedient to use a magnetizing pulse transformer device (MPTD) with a capacitor power storage, where the power form the capacitor bank is fed to the inductor via an intermediate unit – a special pulse matching transformer, as a unit of applying the magnetic markers of the abovementioned sensor. A set of differential equations describing the transient processes in the discharge power circuit of MPTD is given. The characteristic equation is analyzed, and the complex root loci are presented. The analysis of curves shows that, at high values of resistance of the inductor, its inductance hardly affects the complex-conjugated roots and, hence, the character of the transient process.

Improvement in the quality and the biological value of bread by adding the soya protein concentrate

Zhorzholiani D.G., Grigorashvili G.Z. and Kuparadze M.I.

Georgian Technical University

G. Natadze Institute of Sanitation and Hygiene

The concentrate of soya protein produced from the local soya variety Imeruli by using our technological method is rich in lysine and threonic acid and therefore can be considered as a prospective protein source for enriching and improving the quality of bread and bread products. The experiment was held on small animals (white laboratory rats) for 28 days to study the effectiveness of soya protein concentrate added to bread. The research showed that adding of 10% of soya protein concentrate to bread increased the total amount of protein in the product by 29%. The amount of lysine increased by 9%, isoleucine - by 5%, leucine - by 7%, certain sulfur-containing amino acids - by 10%, aroma amino acids, threonine and thripotophine - by 5%, valine - by 3%. According to these results, it is shown more than clearly that the addition of soya protein concentrate to bread products increased significantly the biological and nutritive properties of those products. The experiments showed that feeding of experimental animals with the bread containing the soya protein concentrate did not cause any harm to their blood or inner organs. Therefore, it can be inferred that the concentrate produced from local soya variety Imeruli can be added to such a traditional and everyday nutritive product as bread in order to increase its biological and nutritive value. In addition, this type of bread is considered to satisfy all the requirements of rational diet.

Datuashvili M.V., Dolidze N.A. and Lursmanashvili L.G.

Akaki Tsereteli State University, Kutaisi

Based on the investigations carried out, it was revealed that the durability of construction textile materials, made from high-module textile fiber, operating under the action of heat radiation is determined exactly by the strength of joining seams. Processing of the investigation results showed that the strength indices of thread connections generally depend on the kind of thread and the design of joining seams. For increasing the strength and  working properties of construction textile materials, there are given recommendations on using the seams of more complex designs.
