ON THE DIFFRACTION THEORY OF OBLIQUE PLANE ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES ON A PERIODIC LATTICE FORMED OF CIRCULAR DIELECTRIC CYLINDERS

The problem of diffraction of oblique plane electromagnetic waves on a periodic lattice formed of infinitely long dielectric cylinders is considered. It is shown that in this case TE and TM waves simultaneously arise in a scattered wave. For a multipole spectrum, a system of infinite linear algebraic equations of the second order was derived. The interaction between the diffraction spectrum and the multipole spectrum indices was determined.

THE STRESS - STRAIN STATE OF MULTI-LAYER ANIZOTROPIC COATINGS WITH CIRCULAR AND ELLIPTIC HOLES

A sloping multilayer anizotropic coating, which is rectangular in a plan, and which has one circular hole and one elliptic hole, is considered. Its solution with account of the following compensating loads is given: distributed normal forces, distributed shearing forces, distributed lateral forces and bending moments.

INVESTIGATION OF A RATHER SOFT THIN INCLUSION

The results of investigation of a rather soft thin inclusion, the singular problem of which is reduced to a boundary problem are presented. It is shown that external loading components cause significant distirbance of an external field (if there exists a soft thin inclusion), as, in this case, the effect of other components is insignificant.

A new design of a vibration – isolating platform for protecting an operator from total vibration is proposed. The platform has been tested on the vessels of Georgian Shipping Company. For optimizing the platform parameters, the solution for dynamic modeling of the system, which can be used for constructing dynamic and mathematical models of linear vibrational motion in a horizontal plane, is suggested.

An improved model of formation of the flow chip with one shear plane is offered. SYNTHESIS OF BANDPASS MICROWAVE FILTERS CONTAINING BOUND STRIP LINE SECTIONS CURVED IN A CIRCLE

The problem of synthesis of bandpass strip-line microwave filters containing bound strip line sections curved in a circle has been solved. It is shown that the synthesis of such filters is to be reduced to realization of a bandpass strip-line filter which does not contain any bound strip line sections, if only the wave resistance of bound strip lines at in-phase excitation Zoe and antiphase excitation Zoo is determined, and, through it, the equivalent wave resistance of the filter strip line without bonds is determined.

A system and a model for optimizing constructive dimensions and operation modes and choosing optimal versions of transportation systems for vegetables, citruses and other Southern and subtropical cultures were developed. A structure of a complex technical system for delivering the fruit-and-vegetable raw stuff for processing was designed. Mathematical description of the offered system is given; general methods for solving the problem of optimizing the components and statistic processing of investigation results are substantiated.

THE EFFECT OF CARBON OF A DISORDERED FORM ON DIAMOND FORMATION KINETICS

The effect of carbon of a disordered form, i.e. carbon black, added to the graphite-metal reaction mixture on the kinetics of diamond microcrystal synthesis was investigated. It was established that the nucleation rate abruptly reduced with the increase in the amorphous carbon concentration in a crystallization medium. It is suggested that the diamond nucleation process probably proceeds according to a colloid mechanism.

The interaction of sodium monothioarsenate with ammoniate complexes of cobalt (III) and copper (II) is researched. It is shown that the products of special purpose are formed by double decomposition. By interaction of monothioarsenates of nicel (II) and zinc (II) with NH4OH, the monothioarsenates of ammoniates of the mentioned metals were obtained. Their composition and constitution were studied by methods of chemical analysis and IR spectroscopy.

To overcome an economic crisis in the country, it is essential to effect a prompt and gradual agrarian reform. Unfortunately, the reform in the agroindustrial complex has not been carried out in accordance with the programme envisaged. Because of that, the agrarian crisis has aggravated, the scale of production has diminished, the economy has declined and the living standard has decreased.In the presented work some serious errors commited when carrying out the reform are shown up; positive results of the reform are noted; concrete ways and directions for improving the agrarian reform course are projected.

Development of the notion of fundamental features of matter from the notion about work and energy, which the primacy was later assigned to, is briefly described. However, philosophical "energetism" proved to be unconstructive. Essential necessity in prediction of events created the theories of probability and information that were widely applied for quantitative measurement of information. Later the energoinformational duality, that significantly expanded the opportunity of learning to apprehend the laws of nature, was realized. And, at last, recently the notion about the primacy of information and the secondary nature of matter and energy has arised. That notion has been established by a novel field of science called informatiology that unites the opposite philosophical categories into a unified category of material and ideal dualism.
