Abstract. The article deals with the performance analysis of implementation of IPv6 networks in the IPv4 environment by configuring of IPv6 over the IPv4 tunnel among five routers. The backbone of the network is still based on IPv4,  where it is not allowed to make any changes. In the paper  the  migration process to IPv6, choosing most advantageous IPv6 transition mechanisms, and interoperation of IPv4 and IPv6 networks are described. The performance analysis aspects of migration and optimization for IPv6 networks are  discussed. For connectivity, IPv6 tunneling over IPV4 environment is used. All IPv4 addresses have been preconfigured. Protocol OSPFv2 has been configured in the IPV4 domain for connectivity among the routers.

Buzaladze A.Z., Macharadze T.D. and Milnikov A.A.

Georgian Technical Unuversity

It is proved that m principal singular vectors of  matrix , constructed on the basis of  time series, containing m periodical deterministic components with additive white noise, have equal pseudospectra and their pseuvdospectral structure is identical to that of the time series. The pseudospectral structures of the rest singular vectors differ from pseudospectral structures of the principal vectors and the time series. It is shown that the latter allows  us to improve the resolving capacity and the statistical stability of spectral estimations.

Abstract. The article deals with the diffraction of a flat electromagnetic wave on a coaxial dielectric cylinder, containing a  linear antenna placed along  its axis. This system can be considered as an antenna radome, which protects the antenna from outside factors, like snow, wind, rain, frost, etc. There were established the conditions in the multipole reflected wave spectrum when the symmetric (dipole) wave amplitude became zero, which provided the optimal mode of functioning of the radome as a receiving antenna.

Keywords: antenna, radome, dielectric layer.

SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE SPIN-GLASS STATE OF ZONAL MAGNETS

Gamishidze Z.M.

Shota Rustaveli State University, Batumi

Abstract. The article deals with the investigation of the basic state of system Y(Co1-xMnx)2 and the impact of the ƒ-d exchange field. For this system, magnetic ordering is not characterized, despite the fact that it shows the maximum susceptibility at low temperature. The analysis showed that, at low temperature, the magnetic spinglass state is characterized of this system.   It is shown that, at the manganese concentration x=25%, the spin-spin correlation peaks, which is caused by the increase in the density of the state of substitution of cobalt for manganese.  Because of negative Mn-Mn exchange, they failed to stabilize the magnetic ordering in this system. The spinglass state of this type, in which there are no stable magnetic moments in the paramagnetic phase, is classified among new-type “zonal” spinglass states.

JOINING OF AN ADDITIONAL SIDE ELECTRODE TO THE ENGINE SPARK PLUG

Sulamanidze A.K., Khutsishvili M.G., Sabashvili Z.V.,  Chanadiri  L.J.,  Metreveli A.B., Vatitadze G.Z.

and  Bakuradze L.G.

Georgian Technical University

Joining of a basic or additional electrode to the engine spark plug is an important technical task. In this article, it is suggested to resolve this problem by resistance surface-to-surface welding. To achieve the uniform temperature distribution in the welding zone between the case and the electrode, we must have equal cross-sections of the parts to be welded. For this purpose, we should make two longitudinal cuts 2.5 mm wide in the case, which the additional electrode will be welded to. Based on the heat balance relation of welding, the equation for calculation of the values of welding current strength and density were derived. The numerical values calculated by these equations are in good agreement with those obtained experimentally.

Keywords: spark plug, side electrode, resistance welding, heat balance, current strength, current density.

POSSIBILITIES FOR USING THE RESIDUAL HEAT OF LOW-CAPACITY DIESELS

Mchedlidze K.G.

Georgian Technical University

The heat resultant from fuel burning in operating cylinders does not convert into useful work completely. Significant part of this heat is lost as exhaust gases and cooling water, and because of incomplete fuel burning. The heat carried away by exhaust gases and cooling water can be used usefully. The exhaust gases can transfer heat to any heat carrier (water, vapor, air, etc.) via a cogeneration device. The possibility of designing of the cogeneration device on the base of low-capacity diesel A-41 (37.5 KW) is discussed. It is justified that this device will be capable of producing the average heat duty of 12.6 KW, which is sufficient for heating of the area of 800 m2.

Akaki Tsereteli State University, Batumi

The oil cake from the fruit kernel of Caucasian beech, remained after cold pressing of oil, has not find practical application, despite being a by-product of a valuable chemical composition. In the result of research carried out, we produced a new confectionery product “Beech paste”, which can be used both as an independent product and as an ingredient in production of complex confectionery. It was revealed that the addition of the beach oil cake increased the biological value of the product and brought its amino-acid profile to recommended norms. It was established that 50g of the Beech paste provides 10% of the daily norm of intake of proteins, 185 – of fats, and 6% - of carbohydrates. The beech paste contains such amino acids as metionin+tsistin and lysine. The total content of indispensable amino acids in the beech paste made up 4.68 g per 100 g of the product, which was 32% of the total content of proteins.

Kanchaveli Sh.S. and Keshelava R.F.

L.Kanchaveli Research Institute of Plant Protection,  Georgian Agrarian University

The population of fungi  V.dahlidae in the soil is not remain constant. Am initial increase in the population is proportional to the  inoculum concentration, which is connected  with considerable inner stores of microscleras. The increase in the population in the soil without host plants did not rise the inoculation of soil potential, as it did not last for a long time, while worn microscleras became more sensitive to unfvorable soil conditions and less capable of  infecting other plants being in contact with their roots.

ON CONSUMER’S PROPERTIES OF SPORTS FOOTWEAR

Grdzelidze M.G. and Shalamberidze M.M.

Akaki Tsereteli State University, Kutaisi

One of the main indices of the quality of sports footwear is the degree of comfort, which determines normal functioning of the foot and the organism as a whole. The degree of comfort of the footwear is determined by the consistency of its shape and size with those of the foot, i.e. anthropometric consistency in statics and dynamics. For designing the sports footwear, it is necessary to take into account the specific features of sportsmen’s feet, which was confirmed by the analysis of pedograms. Introduction of orthopedic insoles into sports practice minimizes impact load, which in its turn reduces the probability of microtraumas and pains in sportsmen’s feet.

PHYSICAL-HYGIENIC PROPERTIES OF SPORTS FOOTWEAR

Grdzelidze M.G. and Shalamberidze M.M.

Akaki Tsereteli State University, Kutaisi

Physical-hygienic properties of sports footwear characterize the capabilities of footwear materials and determine the hygienic characteristics of footwear. The footwear design and materials must provide the optimal microclimate in the inner space of footwear. Under high-temperature conditions, the use of materials of poor hygienic properties disturbs the comfortable state of the foot and the organism as a whole. The solution of the problem consists in the development of the properties of material packages for footwear uppers and production of the footwear of rational designs.
