Abstract: A new method for investigation of electromagnetic
compatibility (EC) and noise immunity (NI) of the active dipole is presented.
At the first stage, a new, correct solution of Hallen’s integral equation
relative to the axial current of the dipole is given. It is shown that, besides
the sinusoidal term caused by the action of e.m.f., applied to the center of
the dipole, it contains other, new terms created by the interference of fields
radiated by separate arms of the dipole. New formula characterizing the
radiation pattern of the dipole is concluded; so-called compatibility
function (CF) is introduced, while its analysis provides rather satisfactory
characterrizing and description of EMC and NI of the dipole. Great number of
numerous data is presented, proving the effectiveness of suggested method of
estimation and improvement of EMC of the dipole.

Simplified Method for Derivation of the dispersion
equations for the multilayer magnetodielectric-filled rectangular waveguide
Abstract. A simplified method for derivation of dispersion
equations for finding the propagation constants of longitudinal modes in the
rectangular waveguide with longitudinal homogeneous N-layer isotropic magnetodielectric filling is presented. The
analysis is based on the use of the transfer matrix of plane layer (TMPL)
associating the field strength values of eigenmodes of the structure at flat
boundaries of the layer. The efficiency of the method is due to the unified
representation of the dispersion equation. This representation includes a
product of N transfer matrices
(TMPL), which are unimodular. A
recurrent form of the representation of the dispersion equation is given too.
Keywords: dispersion equation, longitudinal modes, multilayer
rectangular waveguide, transfer matrix of plane layer (TMPL).

Abstract.
Phase fluctuations of scattered radio waves caused by
large-scale electron density irregularities in the ionospheric plasma were analyzed in the small-angle approximation. The point source and the
receivers were located at the opposite sides in respect to the scattered plasma
layer of finite thickness. The angle of arrival (AOA) was calculated
for the power correlation function of fluctuations of the electron
concentration. Numerical calculations and statistical simulation were carried
out for the ionospheric region
using the satellite data.
The statistical simulation of AOA by the Monte-Carlo
method describes well the behavior of spatial power spectrum of scattered radio waves obtained
using the geometrical optics approximation.

M.S., Silagadze M.A., Jinjolia Sh.R., Iobidze A.V., Berulava I.O. and Lezhava K.S.
The investigation results on the vitamization of
diabetic bread are presented. The recipes and the processes of production of
protein-enriched, branny and protein-bran diabetic bread were designed. With
the aim of vitaminizing the diabetic bread, the brier fruit (Fructus Rosae) was selected as a
food additive. The brier fruit is
polyvitaminic with high content of ascorbic acid. The brier berries were milled
and added to the flour in different percentage. The effect of the brier fruit
flour on the physical-chemical and structural-mechanical characteristics of the
dough and the baked diabetic bread was studied. The addition of brier fruit
flour to diabetic bread improved the porosity, the structure and the
organoleptic indices of ready products. As a result of the investigation performed, it was
established that the optimum amount of brier fruit flour was equal to 3-5%, while the content of vitamin C
in ready products made up 8-9 mg%.

THE STuDY on the POSSIBILITY
OF THE FORMATION of INTERRELATION BETWEEN THE BIOPOLYMER AND MEDICINAL
PREPARATIONS IN MEDICINAL TEXTILE PROdUCTION
Buadze E.P., Pailodze N.R., Sharabidze M.R., Bochorishvili R.I. and Sakandelidze R.V.
The
possibility of formation of the interrelation between the biopolymer and medicinal preparations (MP) in the production
of medical textiles was studied. The spectra of both separate components of the
composition and the composition as a whole were analyzed. From the obtained results
it can be inferred that the components of the medicinal composition hardly
affect each other, which allows assuming that their medicinal properties will
be fully preserved at applying the medicinal composition on special tissues.
Keywords: medicinal textile,
medicinal preparation, biopolymer, interrelation.

THE STUDY ON THE FORMATION OF PNEUMOMECHANICAL YARN
Gogoladze M.Sh., Khurtsilava I.A. and Failodze N.R.
The
problems of formation of pneumomechniacal yarn are discussed. It was
established that, with increasing percentage of separated noils, the degree of
yarn breaking decreases due to the removal of weed impurities by the nip comber
when preparing the half-finished product for spinning. Besides, in this case,
the breaking load of the yarn increases, while its irregularity in strength
decreases.
Keywords:
pneumomechanical yarn, noil, comber,
breaking load, strength.

operation of special-purpose TEXTILE PRODUCTS
Vadachkoria Z.A. and Zhorzholiani
The review of methods of maintenance of the reliability
of operation of special-purpose textile products is given. With this purpose
the concepts of the theory of reliability, the issues of software reliability, the
reliability of the elements of mechanical systems, the reliability of the man
as a link of a complex system, the reliability of power, transport and
computing systems were analyzed. By analysing the above-stated materials, we can
infer that the most important for us are the issues of reliability of the elements
of mechanical systems and the reliability of the man as a link of the complex system.
It is shown that, for maintenance of the reliability of the systems of special-purpose
textiles, it is necessary to study and to provide all above-stated factors, which
we are engaged in at present.

THE
STUDY ON THE SHIFT OF THREADS IN THE STITCHES OF CAMOUFLAGE FABRICS USED FOR
MANUFACTURING THE FIELD UNIFORM FOR GEORGIAN SERVICEMEN
Datuashvili
M.V., Dolidze N.A., ugrekhelidze
I.I. and Lursmanashvili L.G.
Based
on the examination of intense physical activities of serviceman and also of the
structure of worn-out uniform, the most
strained and deformed sections of the uniform were revealed. The impact of
displacement of the threads in the stitches of camouflage fabrics under tension
on the working characteristics of military uniform was studied. The
investigation results showed that the shift of threads in the stitches took
place at the initial stage of a single action of tensile forces and, after a break,
its value hardly changed. For improving the working characteristics of military
uniform, there were worked out recommendations concerning the degree of loose
fitting and the use of additional laid-on details and more complex stitches.
Keywords: military uniform, camouflage fabrics, quality of stitches, thread
displacement.
