The multimodal method of determining the frequencies based on the Hamilton principle and fictitious lods which correspond to the forms of natural vibrations offered by the authors earlier is extended to solving the static problems. The multimodal analysis of continual systems with an infinite number of degrees of freedom is presented without determining the eigenvalues of the determinant of linear and nonlinear equations of motion. By a single simplified way, both dymnamic characteristics and static deflection and stability are determined. The examples of solving the one-and two-dimensional problems are given.

BALL LIGHTNING AND A NEW PARADIGM
Berria G.N.
Georgian Engineering Academy
Institute of Geophysical
The paradigmal conception of science methodology defines the science development as a complex row of postulate errors, anomalies, crises and revolutions. Application of this conception to the scientific problem of a ball lightning gives rather fruitful results in developing the methods of search and discovery of the problem solution. There exist discrete, elementary, primary, energetic, electrical and magnetic objects (DEPEEMO). They are similar to strings or tubes; they are closed on themselves or go to infinity. Together they form stable dynamic structures in the form of elementary particles and waves. Separately they are almost demateriilized, i.e. they almost do not interact with the environment and, thus, are hardly detected. In the atmosphere of the Earth, when certain conditions are satisfied, they interact with the air molecules and cause the extreme atmospheric phenomena - a ball lightning, a tornado, a cyclone, etc.
Keywords: ball lightning, paradigm.
ON THE PROBLEM OF EXPLANATION OF THE ORIGIN OF BALL LIGHTNING SPECIFIC PROPERTIES
Berria G.N.
Georgian Engineering Academy
The ball lightning properties have been well studied. About 120 elementary properties were determined. But ten specific properties are the main impediment to the progress in solving the ball lightning problem. They are simple, they are not extreme and have no variations unacceptable for science. Nevertheless, internal mechanisms of their origin have defied explanation and reproduction in experiment. Using the ball lightning model in the form of Atmospheric Universal Stationary Toroidal Electrical Strings (AUSTES) constructed by the author basing on the paradigm of Discrete, Elementary, Universal, Energetic, Electrical, and Magnetic Objects (DEUEEMO), it became possible to quantitatively and queitatively explain the mentioned 10 specific properties with a statisfactory approximation of the calculated results to the observation data.

The spatial structure as a chain of cells representing a four-link with kinematic pairs of the fifth order, which forms a spherical mechanism, has been synthesized. The cell is distinguished by absence of the obviously expressed center and is characterized by symmetry of a hyperboloid of one sheet of revolution with four direct generatrices of the right or left family. Depending on a ratio of the sizes of structural members, the cells enter a truncated pyramid or a direct prism and, accordingly, form arch or direct spatial structures, provided the cells are connected in a chain on opposite sides. If the chain is increased by transition from opposite to adjoining sides, the structures with the changed direction of unfolding are synthesized. When dough is prepared, alcohol fermentation takes place. The recovered spirit and carbon dioxide are exhausted into atmosphere through a pipe. The authors suggest that, in parallel with the first pipe, there should be placed the second pipe, in which the off-gases will move from the top down and, due to heat exchange with the ambient air, partial condensation of aqueous vapor will take place. The remained alcohol-aqueous vapor mixture will completely condensate into the cyclone-type condenser equipped with water jackets.
