Abstract: A new method and an algorithm of filtering of time
series are proposed. The method is based on the analysis of the singular matrix
of time series
data. For calculation
of singular values and vectors, a low-rank tensorial
approximation was used, which was realized through the
algorithm that does not require
the inversion of matrices. It is shown that the developed method can be
used successfully as a universal nonparametric filter for nonstationary
time series.

SPACE-TIME
CODING IN HIGH-SPEED DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS

Georgian

MIMO technology
is one of important trends that allow us to impove
significantly the characteristics of communication systems. This is achieved
owing to the fact that MIMO channels provide coding and separation gain by
space multiplexing and reducing the degree of interference. This gain is
realized through space-time block coding STBC and STTC. As for the data
transmission speed, BLAST system is of primary importance for its increase.
MISO technology is used to improve the resistance to interferences. The article
deals with the peculiarities of application of STC to the OFDMA method. The use of drastic
changes in frequency along with STC coding is discussed. The scheme of
realization of this method is given, and the possibilities for the two-fold
increase of the transmission speed are shown.

EXTENSION
OF RADIO COVERAGE BY USING NEW SIGNAL-PROCESSING ALGORITHMS IN NEW-GENERATION
MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORKS
Tskvitinidze I.V. and Beridze J.L.
Georgian
Technical University
For increasing
the transmission speed in new-generation (3G and 4G) mobile communication
networks, new signal-processing algorithms, providing both high energy and
spectral efficiency, are used. In turn, the impoved
energy efficiency could be used for extending the radio coverage area, as it
provides radio-wave propagation for longer distances, i.e. the cell radius
increases. This, in turn, allows reducing the number of base stations necessary
for covering a certain area. The factors affecting the radio waves cause rheir damping. This phenomenon is assessed by using various
available models: Okamura-Hata, Wallfish-Ikegawa
and COST-Hata ones.

The article deals with the
jitter in digital fiber-optics transmission systems. Its significance, the
causes of its emergence and its physical character are discussed. The
classification of jitter, the methods of its measurement and assessment are
presented. Among these
methods, the dual Dirac method is considered as the latest. This method allows
us to represent the jitter as the deterministic jitter (DJ) and the random one
(RJ). The basic requirements to the jitter in the systems of Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH) and Synchronous
Digital Hierarchy (SDH) were determined in accordance with the norms of the
International Teleommunication Organization ITUT. The
jitter testing mask is given. The article enables one to comprehend the basic
processes associated with the jitter as a whole.

the impact of the jitter on communication networks and its dependence on the
bit error rate, and to assess the stability of the digital communication system
as a whole in respect of noises (interferences).

Abstract.
The article deals with the issues associated with the free market, which, as it
is a multicriterion information system, must be
subject to the equity policy of the principle of element formation
“Goods-Consumer” typical of the market. Approximation to the market balance
seems real if the equity principle is observed, which is actually impossible,
as its course is entropic in its nature. In the given case entropy is a more
real characteristic of the state than statistical characteristics defined by a
probable value. The practical study of the free market balance by using this
method has showed that the existence of object spectrum will be challenged in
general and criteria of their accomplishment in particular.

Abstract.
The article deals with the living organism as a system, which is a
self-controlled system reacting to different changes in the environment as a
whole entity. A certain organization established in the organism takes place at
the molecular level. The complexity of the structure and specialization of
tissue functions stipulate their morphological and functional peculiarities,
which depends on even minor distrurbances of
homeostasis. The changes lead to the disturbance of constant physiological
indices, which causes the loss of energy. Such a phenomenon
may dsturb the balance of substances in the cell and
cause th evolution of energy.

Particular
attention is given to horizontal vibrations of the driver’s seat. The graphs
reflecting the density of the acceleration of the driver’s seat are given. The
results of experiments under road-experimental conditions showed that the
longitudinal vibrations depended slightly on the fluctuations in the vehicle
speed (by about 3-5%) and made up 60-80% of the vertical vibrations, while the lateral
vibrations made up 70-100% of vertical vibrations and sometimes even exceeded
them. The experimental suspension reduced the load on the driver’s seat by
20-25% in the longitudinal direction and by 20-35% in the lateral direction.
The vibrations over the range of 1.5-2.5 Hz were reduced by 20-45%, while the
ones over the range of 4-6Hz – by 20-30%. Over the high-frequency range, the
difference was insignificant.

The article deals with the conditions of genetation of effective “negative” pressure (deformation),
determined by tangential lattice constants of layers, in lead selenide nanolayers. It was
revealed that the maximum tangential lattice constants were realized in the nanolayers <100 nm thick. As the layer growth rate
decreased to 0.6 nm/s, the tangential lattice constants increased up to 6.190Å. In the layers ~
200 nm thick, the dependence of the tangential lattice constant on the growth
rate went through the peak, and, at minimum (1 nm/s) and maximum (~20 nm/s)
growth rates, the tangential lattice constant made up 6.130Å. The
mechanisms of generation of “negative” pressure in lead selenide
layers are discussed. For the samples under consideration this pressure made up
about 8 kbar.
