The paper deals with one
multichannel problem of the flow control, which is targeted to minimize the
total loss. Each of the channels is controlled by the principle of the Morran model, but, in
contrast with it, the parameter of service is chosen stepwise for each channel.
The mathematical model is based on the principle of dynamic programming,
particularly on the Marcovian decision process.
Keywords: Marcovian
decision process, dynamic programming, multichannel problem, flow control.

In the article, there is considered a factor area of
regional development which is divided into two subspaces: characteristic
criteria of the regional development and the factor area operating on the characteristic criteria. The objective of the
work is the study of the subspace of the factor area with the aim of defining
the important factors, which are also reflected in the modeling experiment of
the research. In particular, by varying
the important factors in models, it is possible to establish the effective
scenario that will promote the regional development. The methodological bases
of the establishment of the factor area of prime importance are presented.

LINK BUDGET IN COOPERATIVE COMMUNICATION WITH WCDMA
IMPLEMENTATION

Georgian Technical University
Abstract. Recently cooperative transmission, where users
take advantage of each other’s resources for better overall performance, has
been of growing interest. Users’ cooperation provides uplink transmission
diversity even when mobile units cannot accommodate multiple antennas because
of size constraints. Recently a versatile user cooperation method called the coded
cooperation diversity was introduced by many researchers. This method involvesa
variety of channel-coding methods to implement the cooperation. Different radio
access methods could be used for this implementation. In this work, we
calculate the link budget and cell radii for cooperative communication by using
the WCDMA access method and mini TDMA scenario between mobiles. The computation
was performed for urban, medium-urban and residential areas based on computer
simulation. Two propagation models: Motorola Xlos and Ericsson indoor
propagation model were used for this purpose. The link budget calculation and simulation
results showed the advantage of cooperative communication, which prolongs the cell
radius and improves the receiver sensitivity.
Keywords: coded cooperation, link budget, WCDMA
access method, propagation model.
PREDICTION OF THE SIMULTANEITY OF EVENTS
Kadagishvili L.G.
V. Chavchanidze Institute of Cybernetics, Georgian
Technical University
Abstract. The article deals
with the problem of simultaneity of events when “parallel” events and the
events occurring in non-successive intervals are considered. It is about
simultaneous cognition and recognition of the event to be cognized. For the individual,
the structure of perception in the present
is associated with simultaneity, which is connected with the time moments
during recognition. The study of the hierarchical structure of perception
proved that the field of perception was strictly confined for the human. There are
macro- and microworlds, the definition of wich implies that the viewing
possibility of the fields is in fact impossible for one’s vision. It is proved
that the fact of absolute simultaneity exists and it is real and not
metaphysical. When solving the problem of simultaneity, there is no relative
reality, but there is the objective truth.
Keywords: simultaneous
events, prediction, perception, the conscious, the unconscious.

Abstract. The article
deals with the model for the free market problems showing the hierarchical
structure of the population’s buying capacity. The experiments were
accomplished by using the heuristic method of decision-making, which allowed working
out the system classification involving the determination tendency and
consideration for the necessity for quasi-demands. When making the decision for
multicriteria problems, the conflict between individual’s “I” and the
information is considered, which could become the reason for social
confrontation..

study, free market, modeling.
THE INFLUENCE OF FINITE RADIO-FREQUENCY PULSES ON THE EVOLUTION OF
MAGNETIZATION IN NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE
Kapanadze K.G.
Georgian Technical University
Abstract: The
article deals with the formation of the multi-echo signal generated by focusing
of finite radio-frequency pules under the influene of the dipole magnetic field.
This influence results in significant weakening of the signal, as the evolution
was caused by both the distant dipole field and the
transverse relaxation based on the correlation
spectroscopic correction of the asymmetric z-gradient echo-detector. The analysis
of the given signal was carried out, and the magnetization per radio-frequency pulse
was calculated for the first-order dipole field.
Keywords:
radio-frequency pulse,
magnetization, dipole field, nuclear magnetic resonance.

Abstract: The problem of optimization
of the compatibility function of antennas is considered for the situations when
the radiation characteristic is a priori considered in an analytical form. There
are stated conditions at which either the given antenna does not radiate the
electromagnetic energy within the given space area or the level of emission is
acceptable. Certain examples are cited and
the numerical data of
calculations are presented.

electromagnetic compatibility, radiation pattern.
ON THE DESIGN AND
FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SINGLE-LAYER DIELECTRIC ANTENNA CASING WITH A
PERIODIC GRATING INSIDE

Abstract. The electrodynamic
operation of the single-layer antenna casing with a periodic grating inside was
studied. It is shown that, if the
grating satisfies the Wood anomaly mode when the grating period is a multiple of the wavelength in the
dielectric, the grating does not affect
the electrodynamic functionality of the antenna casing, and it only
increases its firmness. For this case, we derived the calculation formula of
the transparency coefficient of the
casing. By using this formula, we can calculate the optimal mode of the casing
functionality at the transparency coefficient equal to one.
Keywords: antenna, radome, dielectric
layer, periodical grating.

Abstract. Under
the influence of concentrated solar radiation on semiconductor materials, the
heat-exchange balance is disturbed and difficulties in heat removal emerge.
Polymeric aspherical lenses were used as optical concentrators. Fifteen lenses
with different performance (diameter:
40 to 200 mm; area 1600 to 3000
mm2; total length: 80 to 650
mm; concentration degree: 80 to 1500) were studied. All
lenses-concentrators were manufactured at the Institute “OPTICA”. The lenses
were manufactured from organic block glass PMMA. A unique procedure of recursion transformations was
used for the calculation of designed aspherical profiles. As a result of
multiple measurements, the diagram of the dependence of the temperature on the
surface of the photoelectric cell T(°C) on the degree of concentration K
was constructed, T=f(K). The comparison of the results obtained for the
simulator and the actual photoelectric Ga-As cell showed that, at
concentrations above 100, artificial cooling of photoelectric cells is
necessary. The diagram T=f(K) obtained at the given system of
cooling showed that, a sharp decrease in temperature took place.
The results of the experimental investigation are presented. They can be used while
designing and constructing the real Ga-As PV modules.
Keywords: aspheric solar concentrator, Ga-As photovoltaic cell, cooling, temperature.

The article deals with the electrochemical
properties of welds. Welding was performed by different methods: argon arc
welding, welding by using electrodes NIAT-3M with hardening and without it, and
welding by using the electrode designed by the authors. The
electric study of the welds showed that the electrode potentials of the weld
metals and the heat-affected zone under all used methods of welding in sea and
layer waters actually do not differ from that of the basic metal of steel
DI-46. The corrosion resistance of the
welds was assessed by their electrochemical behavior in sea and layer waters.
It was revealed that steels DI-46 and DI-47, and the welds made by using the
electrode with a special coating showed high corrosion resistance in sea and
layer waters.

raw materials for production of the sauce semiproduct. The cost of raw
materials for the described semiproduct is low, as the culture of plum does not
require agrotechnical measures or chemicals and thus yields environmentally
clean products. It is characterized by high profitability. It is noteworthy
that the sophistication of the methods of processing of low-cost raw materials is
