DETERMINATION OF KINEMATIC CONTROL
FUNCTIONS FOR SPATIAL ROTATIONS
(SPINOR REPRESENTATION APPROACH)
Milnikov
A.A. and Rodonaia V.I.
Georgian Technical University
Abstract. In the paper the
expressions for solving the problem of determination
of kinematic control functions were derived. The results are based on the
assumption that instant
states (initial and final) of the rotational transformation
of a 3-dimensional point are given.
To realize the complete process of spatial control one needs to define
all intermediate (continuous) states of the transformation. The time-dependent
(kinematic) representation of the rotation is
formulated in terms of time functions of Euler angles. The offered theory
allows reducing the problem of spatial movement control to the one-dimensional
case.
Keywords: spatial rotation, orthogonal transformation, kinematics, control function, Euler angles.

Georgian Technikal University
The article deals with the effect of various errors of measurement devices on the propertly of orthoganility of two from three composition rotatable designs of the third order for three variables obtained by combining the D3D4 and D3D6 rotatable designs of the second order. The investigation was performed for the most characteristic errors of measurement devices at different sizes of the square. The simulation of the effect of measurement device errors on the abovementioned property of designs was performed by superimposing the random numbers distributed by the normal law on the design coordinates. In the result, the experimenter can adequately select the accuracy of measurement devices, used for establishment of factor levels, depending on the desired accuracy of the estimate of the factors of the regression equation.

The article deals with the effect of the
errors of measurement device on the properties of G- and Q-optimality of Sheffe’s three-component simplex-grid designs of the second
order. The investigation was performed for different error ranges,
characteristic of measurement devices in the research field limited by the
simplex. At a quite small scanning pitch, we obtained the data array by which
it was possible to judge objectively of the analyzed properties of the designs
under study. For each criterion, maximum and minimum values, and mean
arithmetic and root-mean-square deviations characterizing the dispersion were
obtained. The degree of degradation of the properties of the second-order
designs under study at increasing errors was analyzed.

DIFFRACTION OF THE
H-POLARIZED OBLIQUELY INCIDENT PLANE WAVE BY THE PERIODIC DIELECTRIC CORRUGATED
STRUCTURE WITH RECTANGULAR RIDGES PLACED ON A METALLIC PLATE
Abstract. An analytical method for the analysis of the diffraction of the plane electromagnetic wave by the periodic corrugated dielectric structure with rectangular ridges placed on a perfectly conducting plate is presented. The case of the obliquely incident plane wave with a magnetic vector being parallel to the ridges of the structure (H-polarization) is considered. On the basis of the rigorous formulation of the electrodynamic boundary-value problem, infinite sets of linear algebraic equations (ISLAE) of the first and the second kind were derived to define the complex amplitudes of spatial harmonics of the field scattered by the periodic structure. Each of the ISLAEs was solved by the truncation method.

ON THE MULTIDIMENSIONAL MODEL OF THE SPACE-TIME AND THE
RELATIVITY OF THE NUMBER
Sepiashvili D.P.
Georgian Engineering Academy
The time-spatial structure of the Universe is multidimensional. Real particles in vacuum exist in the form of “twins” – virtual realities hidden in the space-time of high dimensionality. Hence, the number of objects is relative, and our notion of the number is too simple and does not correspond to the reality. The total energy of the multidimensional particle is higher than that observed in the real space-time. It is equal to where E is the energy of the real particle; i is the number of virtual twins of the particle. The higher is the number of virtual twins of the particle, the lower is its actual energy, and the higher is its dimensionality. The twins can interact with one another and with real objects. The first is manifested in the dark energy, the latter – in the form of the fields of different forces of interaction (electric, gravitational etc.). The cause of accelerated expansion of the Universe should be sought for in the multidimentional structure of the Metauniverse and in double (at least) direction of its development (double direction of time). The repeated genesis of the Universe from vacuum in the terminal phase cannot be ruled out.
Keywords: multidimensional Universe, twin particles, virtual reality, accelerated expansion of the Universe, Einsten-Rosen-Podolski paradox.

TWO ENDS OF THE EVOLUTION

At the dawn of the advent of life,
large space bodies of ten collided with the Earth, megavolcanoes
were very active. The dust raised from the surface of the Earth reached the
ionosphere, where the magnetic
field of the Earth could not screen the
dust from the action of cosmic rays (α,β,
γ and UV radiation). Under the actionof
cosmic rays, probably crystallization and the reactions of abiogenic
synthesis and polymerization of organic substances took place on the earth
dust. The asymmetric effect
of cosmic rays on the primary earth dust promoted its asymmetric crystallization and the advent
of the phenomenon of kirriality. The advent of life

Abstract. A complex investigation of the morphology, sizes and composition of carbon nanoparticles doped with iron atom clusters in the carbon nanopowders synthesized on the surface of iron plate
(substrate) was performed using SEM, EDX and AES. It was shown that the
magnetic carbon nanopowder, synthesized at 700OC
by the combination of ethanol vapor pyrolysis and
chemical-vapor deposition (CVD) in the free-poured
state, represents a nanocomposite, which is a mixture
of carbon spherical nanoparticles (NP) with the
average diameter of ~200nm and carbon nanotubes (NT)
having the diameter of ≤200nm and the lengths of ~1µ. The carbon nanoparticles have a structure of core-shell type spheres
with the core of pure iron atom clusters, while in carbon nanotubes
the iron atom clusters are mainly concentrated at one end of nanotubes,
exactly at the tube channel inlet. The iron concentration in carbon nanopowder of such composition is equal to 2.1 at%.

We obtained and investigated supercritical nanostructures PbSe/KCl for the first time. The range of realized elastic deformations in the layers with respect to single crystal PbSe and KCl substrate was 0.001-0.013, which is the most interesting for physical research. The level of deformation in the layers within a certain range of their changes could be increased by increasing the rate of growth of the layers. This effect is more noticeable if the disordered state is not frozen and the migration of dislocations slows down.

THE INFLUENCE OF MACERATION AND ENZYMIC PREPARATIONS ON THE AROMATIC
COMPOUNDS IN RED WINES
Mamaiashvili Kh.V., Khomasuridze M.B. and Kalatozishvili E.I.
For production of aromatic high-quality wine there was performed pre-fermentation maceration with enzymic
preparations of pectolitic
and cellulose activity: Lafaze He Grand Cru, Laffort; Panzym Clair Rapide G-Begerow;
Extrazim-Institute oenologique de champagne. Along with the experimental samples, the control samples were prepared
without addition of any preparation. According to the wine type, pre-fermentation
maceration was conducted at 12-140C, alcoholic fermentation of the Saperavi must was
carried out at 20-220C, whereas the Tavkveri must
was fermented at 25-300C. The
aromatic compounds were determined by using the gas-liquid chromatograph Chrom 5. In the experiment, it was revealed that the use of enzymic preparations increased the content of aromatic
compounds. It is essential to control the temperature during maceration and
fermentation. The optimal temperature for maceration is 12-140C, and the
fermentation temperature must not exceed 220C. Based on the obtained results, we recommend to use enzymic preparation Lafaze He Grand Cru for production of high-quality wine
with rich fruit and flower aroma from grape cultivar Tavkveri
and preparation Extrazim – for production of wine
from grape cultivar Saperavi.
